really the idea was to give students a practical outlet the catch-22 for graduates you know you can’t get a job until you’ve got experience can’t you experience that you’ve had the job so it’s a way of bypassing that issue if you like to earn an able employment ultimately running a car as well you know you can being able to go on the track I mean a lot of places might do a mobile sport degree course and that but they don’t have a car to run so they’re only getting the theory side of it with when you do a degree course like all has a number and you can actually work on a car you’re getting that experience which real teams in industry one the biggest thing is I think in it the guys on the team up to speed which is key but visit when they walked out this morning as a first time I’ve ever seen a racetrack this is very much real teamwork and and it’s polish your success to develop over even just this day to a point where they’re terrified of laying their peers down because there aren’t they’re understanding suddenly how important their element of the Chinese to the overall strength of their team amazing what what we’re doing with the little mountebank we’ve had it’s a small possibility for you and it opens up endless possibilities after you get taken by our wonderful teamwork join me every day to me I know it’s about student learning I’ll stand in absolutely outstanding can’t beat it it’s always good to know how these sort things work and how to deal with people working because yeah having this experience I could move on I’m here from the start so get it established and then see what students get to run a car like this and then I think it’s great for them to ever be able to do this and then hopefully you’ll just go on from there and do really well there’s a big backing you know from staff and the students are very committed it’s something they haven’t done before and I Nestle taking it at both hands be there working late what you will see here is commitment it’s an early start it’s a light finish it’s all work during the day you know we’ll have a team debrief well into the early hours a starting tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. you
