[Music] dan Voorhees that muscle and arm farm is a great example of the application of multi jet fusion he came up with a design that is a reusable zip tie we made him some samples of his zip tie parts using multi jet fusion he got them back and tested them and was blown away there was no way to really prototype it effectively without going to a costly injection mold until multi jet fusion they were extremely well he’s able to test them well we were able to run a bunch of parts inexpensively before making the investment in the injection mold he was able to take his part that is meant for injection molding and go straight into prototyping so he didn’t have to create a configuration that was just for prototyping he used the same file that he’s going to use for his production injection mold multi jet fusion works perfectly as a bridge with parts that are really very usable and performed very much like their injection molded part but very quickly without a big investment in tooling cost you you you
