CHIEDU: “…You cannot be an Automobile Technician and not be scientific…”

60 minutes with Angela starts right now [Music] [Music] every car has an optimal operating temperature at which is okay so if you are not getting it of that territory I think you showed this many physical laws from the few carbon goes into the engine oil and accurate but begins to clog your vows things like that and you know you’re wondering what’s happening [Music] well hello and welcome this is 60 minutes with me Angela a kiss Moby thank you for joining me on the program today and so if like me you’re confused you know when you go to the mechanics to have your car looked at only tell you to fumble past that secondhand parts for the uninitiated are better than a brand-new car park in fact some mechanics spoil that the second hand pot imported from abroad are stronger than the brand-new carpet that are made to be my host today will help to explain and clarify what they actually mean it also degree from the University of the link which you obtained in 1987 specializing in mechanical engineering he also holds an associate degree from the universal technical institute in Phoenix Arizona that degree in automotive and diesel technology he has extensive experience in the car in the street it worked with Subaru to the automotive and to cherish models all here in Nigeria add various times you’ve been head of the technical department has been service manager he retired from because charge group limited as general manager after sales service and a spare part so join me after the break I’m counting down 60 minutes with Vincent chases the chief executive officer of pro advanced global concepts in the welcome back welcome to such changes thank you very much for coming on 60 minutes with me thank you having me i do it right you just study mechanical engineering because we like Todd thank you for that question actually my dad was a mechanical engineer so I grew up admiring what he did even though in secondary school I ended up in the arts classes alright yeah my dad wasn’t having any of that you know so he came into the second disc una to them stones gonna be an engineer you know and we’ve got to the sideline and i ended up be assigned student and i thankful you called yeah I guess I mean pretty much around the student you know so McCutchen and Tabata so in university actually specialize in mythology which is the story of metal you know it’s an aspect the mechanical engineering right but the way I ended up in the automotive industry was when I graduated here I couldn’t get a job everybody who studied mechanical engineering wonder they endow videos of the street yeah and I didn’t make the cut found as an unemployed young man driving my father’s car around and having to pay some mechanic and money for something which i figured i should be able to do myself being a mechanical engineer yeah it has picked up an interest in it and never look back since then the rest is his there okay so you’ve been through a lot of company very filter BMW and what would you say is the difference essentially using all these brands pornography’s all things just depends on what they focus on in other words what their protocols are you have the high ends you have the middle income bracket and then you have the ones are just everyday car too useful in terms of the technology and the science behind it it’s always anything is internal combustion engine you know its tires pneumatics hydraulics you know so car the car the car doesn’t matter so at the end of the day if the extras they put in the car that makes it more expensive creature comforts and you know that what the people increase your comfort sorry what are some of the common automobile problems that you think are common to all I mean from your experience working in all these companies what were the most common problem you saw people came forward with the problems you will encounter with your automobile directly related to the environment in which you run the win so even in Nigeria the problem I have a label the apron from running having Josh or encounter or even why that terrain even the manufactured results when they recommend for you the periodic maintenance schedules yeah this one cause severe environment you know so if you use the card severe environment en me to bring it in for check out more regularly you know the Nacala this in less severe about so when you buy a new car and they say your first service is absolutely wrong Island kilometers in a severe environment you have a comment log done demographic during this is a what else will affect i will say in nigeria what I’ve noticed is the sophistication levels of the drive themselves you know and how much they value the automobile so an owner for instance who drive your car yeah it’ll be a lot more careful than if you give it a driver who doesn’t care what happens yeah you know because an owner will notice immediately when nothing is more interested in his assets than a driver would be you know then a driver also because of the level of education of a lot of them read okay that’s not really where issues other than you know something else yeah yeah and they’re a me just to drive you for every day should be there you go as you go here if you’re making a journey by Road you know that involves a lot of kilometers say from legal to Delta State for instance what are the things that one needs to check in a car to make sure about before you set out there are some basic fundamental you wanted to make sure your tire pressure sore okay want to make sure you have enough engine oil in the car if coolant in your radiator make sure the wiper blades are working your lights you know a little funny sound squealing sound and indicate that you built about to go yeah well you know you have the basic things nothing major make sure your battery is working your car is charging yeah you know if it’s really a very very important journey that you don’t want to take risk with and would recommend you sending it to the shop to have them look it over and then advise you if there’s anything that merely your brake pads for instance might be going yeah make sure you how he deletes the tire jack you know you’re the basics and you see that movie will take that into the shop you know you and I know that where the mercy of whatever technician were using how do you say in determining whether or not your technician is competent enough to tell you only things to tell you whether or not your car can make the journey with all these things you mentioned unfortunately that’s one of the biggest problems we have in Nigeria and it’s not just with the automobile industry in or occasional trips yeah we have a real major death of skilled personnel and I don’t think we have a deliberate plan you know either state level local government a federal level to build on that aspect of industry so it’s Mason’s plumbers carpenters we’re in trouble we are in trouble it wasn’t always so there was the trade tested in the past you know the city & guilds and we should do the past also but I think maybe the create for money the knuckles respect those value for skills yeah has made all that fade away but I think what people have done it by trial and error eventing you lose identify the technicians because it’ll really call them mechanics at home yeah mechanics called inaudible intention there is different to the extent that the Ottomans of today are not only mechanical there’s a lot of electrical components and IT that had cousins or mobile so the old grease monkeys of the back here don’t they know I can’t cut it with bazookas yeah just genetically I like we calling these monkey suits when he took your talk to the mechanic then he gave a reading yes yes and he was like part of the job it was if it wasn’t dirty then they hadn’t worked on it tell you what when I want to stay yeah if you walk in the Porsche dealership if you got there you go find for it you’re not allowed to do that in fact your shop space yeah should not have oil there’s no need there’s enough tools where you handy to allow your car get dirty you know or even your shop space your patient we do and so on we’ll see where it’s because they haven’t seen real koo kumba cars you know maybe all the cars there a friend is not true look so called to Cooper card came from there yeah and there’s a whole suite of people who don’t buy new cars in the West also people don’t know that yeah really okay so you say people have been able to identify to traveling are over time yeah you tend to find out I okay this guy tells to more often than the other guys I tend to use yeah he’s pricing is right I mean it’s just put us a wheeling of and I need okay let me set with this guy you know a large yeah betadine area is it safer for to make the technician to buy your spare parts or do you recommend people walking to storm with peppers are they bye again that’s another problem we have here the purchase of spare parts traditionally she left to the shop because they know what they want but then again it’s not regulated so highly show that what you’re buying in the region yeah the only way you can be sure if your fault so if you’re buying it from OEM source as original equipment manufacturer sauce there you can go to sleep they tend to be a little bit more expensive but that’s the only way you can go to see when I started up in this industry I saw would never buy OEM parts sometimes three times more expensive than me because they thought they were just repinned you walk here but it truth is they satisfied by the manufactures and so and so they have a name to protect right so by a large they will stand the test of time more durable get more value for your money you know and then you are the technician you don’t have to worry about that part again yeah once you replaced it well what do you call them moyamoya but original equipment manufacturer is that stance on any partner you know the brand name is stamped on it you can like I said it’s the salt because you will be asked to market the fake one you’ll also start okay so what you need to know if I’m going to an oem sauce yes then I can be sure that they will sell fake because I mean there is their name fantastic how you know where OEM shop is how we know where you know to locate if it’s a total difference was like loose a little too original problem sir volvo dealer they will tell you not to perform so we’re coming to this point now in buying directly from toyota or to borrow one of these people is actually better that’s the best way you can ensure that deposit original it’s not the only way but it gives you that confidence because they wouldn’t want to do with anything let an 80 you can roll back if there’s any progress because the parts have warranty themselves just like the cause of warranties the part of that world is a field taking back you know but neither attended or fail as user did said sometimes that to pongo parts and for those watching who don’t know to come apart ah here in nigeria will call them to fumble because they imported from abroad across the ocean the second hand pot from technicians here mechanic for that tsukumo part are better than brand new how is that possible it’s only possible where you are comparing it to google pod will fix you part and that’s where the pricing issue might come in it with a no original OEM part yes like I said could be quite pricey there’s no comparison go for the bad knee but if it’s a contrarian to speak part yeah then took a ball will be intelligible most likely because it is an original point that came out of another vehicle but the reasoning was de Kock discarding from that other people there would be a reason not necessarily you could have come out of the cannibalized because it has not the wrong with it you know so it wasn’t as you like was bad yeah maybe because problem not necessarily be careful exactly right who’s he gave us stupid is exactly so apart from this OEM if you’re anywhere where you don’t have access to do to a selling the original part the OEM shops like you see what options are available otherwise look for ya blasted off I didn’t think it was necessary but you all the time you get to pay the price because what happens is you you look for cheaper alternatives and then the coastal mark is coming back that doesn’t help you yeah well your update any wise yes customize angry review you know we have part in there and if the problem persists you know it’s not that far you know what I mean go and put another regional partner yeah you know if the program plus you know it’s not that they can’t be that make you probably when we come back from the brain oh joy not forget out to the brain mmm nice Christian Angela that’s a great question it’s a good question it is difficult to respond to that Angela that is a very great question great question mindless you know you’re like a very difficult question does it good question I jilla that’s a great question I gotta focus I love a question I think what I do that you see I think that the fastest way to learn anything is to ask questions the right questions that help me get to the hospital matter sixteen minutes and Iraq then answer to every question you always wanted to ask so what is 60 minutes with Angela all about it’s not an interview I like to think it’s a conversation between two people people making the new people who are in the news and those will become the need and the whole idea is to inform to educate or to clarify as the case may be it is an art getting people to answer the question that everyone is thinking in their mind and that what we try to do on 60 minutes is Angela I ask all the questions that everyone thinking about and no one wants to boy all the questions you always wanted to ask you get those answers on 60 minutes with Angela every week on this station 60 minutes with Angela getting answers to every question you always want to swap [Music] [Music] welcome back if you just joined us in 60 minutes with me Angela as a small be on my hot seat today the inside pages is the CEO of to advance global contest limited and so you say in the problem keeps coming back it can’t be that part that brings me to my next question what is this service and what does it entail I mean when people walk into mechanic workshop here and they say I want to serve in my path what are they talking about what I mean you have an oil change service although we just wanted the deal p.m. Chamberlain change oil filters right you want to do a scheduled service which is a quality OEM schedule at 30,000 kilometers facility you must check if they’re fine okay but if they’re not you Krishnan some of them even if you locate you change them okay so it depends on is absolutely yes because they are designed to fail at the particular mileage that was not denied last forever so say a 60,000 kilometers for fluorescence yeah unfortunately the change shock of the bus and in a not bad yeah but you know it’s a preventive maintenance so you change them because they OEM the manufacturer of the dreamer so what the client is this thing pingu that he has meat on it well you have to ask yourself why in more organized society because that we bring in as to come bowling cool yeah you look good you are preventing a problem well like on his like you know like what we do here we run into the brakes yeah you know you don’t have to do that every six weeks you worry about is that if you thing is people during the we who put all patterns vomitoria bring you get unlikely removal is to be learning a thousand ssssss or an applause spare parts are concerned people normally dilla five parts data from the second part of the world being stopped standard but my research shows that it is not true that even in those countries they have categories of parts manufactured in other words you can still get spare parts from China that how the same standards at least we were manufactured by Mercedes or by BMW or by 20 / am I like another the correct China right now is the manufacturing hub of the whole world so every company has faculty in China debate for them and you know maintain those standards that the company one which is why I said go to the OEM itself they will not sell you anything that is inimical to get a brand or the quality they want to uphold your customers and so it’s not about the country it’s about your source yes and the way it works when you’re ordering from an oem they have what they call an electronics parts catalog so when you put in your vin number and you actually but then meaning they like the integration on gamma yeah it will give you an excluded diagram and identify all the different parts in the particular subsection of the vehicle that you want in and the part number will come up so I think we have to worry about it once I see that yes but take that part number to any OEM sauce to give the example I’m telling a story I tried to buy a very long and my brother in America pollute ND IM on the dashboard they who have maybe like 12,000 kilometers but the VI and when it was check should over 200,000 kilometers on so VI is important it is what does it do it would tell you where the car was made the actual plant with the clouds made the serial number of that particular vehicle as the role of the assembly line it will tell you the country which the people was made it will tell you these series that was a model category of that vehicle mean it’s a 17 digit number was introduced by the Americas actually so all that information is captured in the activities number so with that you can you know pretty much identify what kind of engine is in the car what the specs of the car in a way was manufactured and all of that and so that number will also give you any information if any major part in that task and change no you have to go to another database for that and that’s a database maintained by the OEM in that particular country where all the dealers are supposed to record when the cars coming from different services and things like that in uem puts on a recall or campaign all of that information will be captured in Latvian in that database yes not in the VIN number alright we talked about data now so that nothing how important is that we see a lot of technicians are carrying laptop coming allegedly to diagnose people’s engine is that essential is that real or is it as down but critical to automotive service today unfortunately I could any other skill and crack yeah you have to be trained in it so it’s not a lot to have the laptop or the diagnostic scanner aha if you’ll be in to preach information that comes out of it and that is an education in and of itself so what people come around here the plug in the machine say something and they take it changes the thing doesn’t need to be changed just because it indicates particular a pot yeah does not mean is we change that you need to interpret it what I’m saying is saying yes you need to be visibly what it’s doing in the car ok so the report that comes from from this laptop is very basic is variable its technical it is it makes me normally it is in English gives you good but you know what you need to decide my yes oh yes you can’t just and that’s actually why I went to the states to get the other degree because when i started this industry cuddly is in cover it up you know and then they move the injectors and founder with certain cars they would present a certain symptoms which under a cover ecosystem yeah would mean one thing but of the cargo most obstacles really bring boxes and injectors and a little that kinda didn’t like news car just me meet you understand it’s all science now you know you can’t be a notable technician and not be scientific you know your physics and chemistry yeah you know that’s just the way it works right now so are we saying you don’t have to operate not anymore in part maybe you can occur because of efficiencies about you let the other missions you know why not mind it here but yeah the more advanced countries it’s huge you cannot drive a car and has cover later without some consequences we are going to do that publication in fines and things like that in other words you give up in his afford a car like that so there’s sort of a whole generation of mechanics here the older generation of mechanic who was schooled on a burrito engine having to make a transition to what we shall have what didn’t happen to them something some of them are making that transition like I said I went to the states to get a degree because remember this the truth is it’s a whole new world so some are making the transition the ones who don’t make that transition you get cake by the wayside and something pops into my head now is that why sometimes the mechanics tell you to bypass wanting in when you bring in your car that usually is one of these new new our modern type and then put possibly can switch off the light that permanently only they show it to bypass system you know it doesn’t matter is that why we see things like that probably and then you double cause you greater problems in feature along the way because obviously that is not the way yet was not very web guide my to operate so you think that not think it’s critical but they must be able to read yoyogi mother school it’s a whole new education you could easily school in it are you saying then that anyone is using except technician who can’t diagnose they’re in the wrong place yeah really there to eat your technician is still guessing on you know looking you know I’m as you mean things he’s not doing Rachel at a point I found out about ninety percent of the vehicles that were coming to me someone yeah we’re cause that had taken to all the shops and to go really badly but after spending a lot of money I was destroying that hard for me so you know having a car is not a cheap venture it is not the session of the modern day old model not the more than billable its particular machine if you’re not ready don’t but the thing is you need one in Nigeria yeah so you have to make the investment but be careful who you eventually select as your support shop after Carole yes very very critical view it’s as important as the decision who your doctor is going to be really yes all of the challenges I know that a lot of people experiences they walk into a workshop and the app for its service but the cheese’s most of all go to us for the service when we know there’s something wrong with the car as we have you that is that it will take care of it what is the ideal thing to do with anyone is walking up now you wake up you know your car it’s no game or it just won’t start or you know what do you advise what I was right is if you buy a brand new car in the glove compartment you have a warranty booklet you have an owner’s manual read it luniz man oh noes man oh & award look like read it and you will see tabulated periodic maintenance schedule when you should take your car to the shop what that does is it prevents problems from happening eventually that absolutely flawless yeah but you know if you abide by those pms you would have avoided problems or embarrassment so what’s p.m. preventive maintenance or periodic maintenance oh you also if they say has a certain mileage change this and please change it you don’t have to go back before you take it that’s just the way what yourself or the manufacturer of that portable will is telling you to do to enjoy have maximal enjoyment for the vehicle approaches okay so in other words even if you buy a brand new car at some point it will get very definitely what I was out raising uses in it it will how long does it take before you see the map deterioration from a band new car mean how many kilometers you shouldn’t see anybody duration if you are buying by the PN capable to change the part of the brand new when you put the make / usually should you see any major situation okay give us an idea of the PN’s on a brand new car you buy part to be using accessories in three months and six month in the spirit of efficiency and economy what do the manufacturers in the extended SPM int’l oh you know so so for instance the latest BMW don’t agree once every day yet whereas used to be about three or four in a year you know what again if you are working in a severe environment which I just that I wanted problem that looks dinner with the high-end luxury cars are used to Wharton few years ago was here you know because the high end in the luxury the owners don’t drive them a lot you know to take them from home the church and all that and when you do that the engine doesn’t get to optimal operating temperature and when that happens it creates lot because the oil hot enough to circulate and so add about two thousand 500 kilometers right the absolute in the engine that can knock that engine because they were not designed for just short distance when exactly to drive here there’s all of that stuff which I said it depends on the particular environment in which authoritative you have to say that again because there are lot of people who have these fancy collar there was a part of they don’t drive a motor so they bring them out on funding go to church or go to a wedding on Monday and come back and party so they’re doing that target area he deserves you must drive it yeah and it’s not just like lion guard every car has an optimal operating temperature at which is operated so if you are not getting it up to that temperature you take a short distance which stop a lot of sheep from the fuel cover yeah goes into the engine oil and that creates flow is large and begins to clog your vows or things like that that you know you’re wondering what’s happening in developed countries the technicians will look through your car when you bring it in and also tell you this this and this needs to be done we offer that service here yes we do in a minute to the interest of whoever is working on any customer card to observe cuddle in alleged all things that you need to do not yet well how do you know that they’re not just trying to come with also more money doses the main problem a lot of people have is the minute is projected to you you start a lot of work in your head anything car because this person things I’m a woman I don’t know what about cars is trying to make me do something that is unnecessary how do you know trust me is not just women we have a cement you but the industry is very unregulated here and that’s why you know people get away kinds of things my sauce on a couple of friends were planning to set up a like a regulatory body to regulate the practice or what removal service in Nigeria yes in other words if you see this certification label which will give to those who come for accreditation widows ya on that shop wall yeah you can rest assured that they are they write me p for the pharmacies around there you don’t think that things is there you go i generated by the body that is opposing standards here because we thought that it’s anybody’s again anyone can we go there today and open a mechanic work John people will go ahead and get their fingers burnt is that how we live in a month away no life is very very highly regulated industry and don’t get me wrong outside of the regulated industry says the after market which is also regulated but already Liberia and then you have the government out Olga called guru or demote to repay but actually regulate the shot themselves and what that does is it shows that the customer get minimum level of service when they come into the shop minimum level of standard service when they come into the shop so I mean what have a place where you can relax while we’re gonna whisk our technicians themselves living up to osha standards in other words health and safety standards right you know where while they work at your car car has a fender covers so you’re not scratching the car no Mary they’re not dancing or 30 days in the right tool because you use the right tools you could you know track same crap think you can damage fasteners and things like that so the regulars every shop in the US I wonder how regulation work here when we know that there is a jerk of a quick man available they don’t know what that’s the thing with regulation yeah do what I show that the standards are met if you don’t regulate an industry quacks and all kinds of things from anyway we’re available we must regulate its like the back in industry yeah they’re the most regulated what is the most organized industry and your people who pass through the back in industry tend to be better business people because yeah they’ve gone through that develop in regulation and you know standards not perfect but you need some form of regulation for any industry racial standards are maintained people are pursuing the best practice join so what is 60 minutes with Angela all about it’s not an interview I like to think it’s a conversation between two people people making the new people who are in the news and those who become the new and the whole idea is to inform to educate or to clarify as the case may be it is an art getting people to answer the question that everyone is thinking in their mind and that what we’ll try to do on 60 minutes with Angela I ask all the questions that everyone’s thinking about and no one wants to avoid all the questions you always wanted to ask we get those answers on 16-millimeter Angela every week on this station 60 minutes with Angela getting answers to every question you always want to fly [Music] [Music] and that’s a great question it’s a good question it is if you go to respond to that is Angela that is a very great question great question mindless you know you’re like a very difficult question does a great question i get up that’s a great question i gotta focus in relation to me i love a question i think what i do that you see I think that the fastest way to learn anything is to ask questions to write question okay that help you get to the hospital after 16 minutes Angela then answer to every question you always wanted to up [Music] [Music] welcome back Mike including moments now with game st. she do and so we talked about all these different cars different brands what would you say to the viewer who is watching now does it matter what brand d drive add a universal concept that are applicable to all brand is it the same concept but the same way you think of your vm for instance is the way you take love your care there are universal protocols but they are also specialized for both determined by the manufacturers themselves right if you drive and BMW recommend you go to be an official or somebody who is trained in the NW Rankin service because you can’t use to it’s a protocol for BMW for instance you will make mistakes but they’re people who go and train themselves in B&W protocols and so they can have the NW the shop we’re going to be opening first squad up next year yeah okay because it’s train seven 2017 because we hand in a wide range of horrible loop and we will have technicians specialize in those real bad automobiles what was on a minor you so while working with the other brand that restriction to brand do you think it’s a minor for workshop first element of the mini if I specialize in the brand and that’s what I want to handle and I can handle it yeah it’s not a minus at all and your workshop that the one you’re planning so will it be affordable that’s the thing in a way people here diagnostics and specializing and stuff like that they worry about the top Oh answerable destruction you get what you pay for but little is well aware you know the affiliate is really crazy yeah and we don’t mind in fact your partner yeah it’s a 3some what you can do about that it’s not expensive it is what it is here you know it is what it is do you think we’re ready this market is ready for manufacturing of fact we know about a nonsensical something you want you know I don’t know if it’s available here or manufacture here that’s what we do in Nigeria assemble and disassemble they must continue the world because what happens in manufacturing plant is the user just in time concept where the different parts are manufactured in different top of the world and they all arrive you’ll arrive at the manufacturing plant and women just in time for the assembly that’s the way you mean all the possible I know Maxine you simply know that’s the most efficient way to run over rocks o’clock well so you make the gear head somewhere else maybe that’s what’s Orioles megive this book somewhere else different things here I also another company shocks a different company yeah okay so where I pour it I worked in the company where we were manufacturing last year when I came on Amina Bentley yeah give examples as it would be after all yes to the same time no you na na boo it’s an oem assembly plant right they wouldn’t want to do things that was that their brand yeah so people are trained to do it with Don anywhere over the world you know I you think that a BMW assemble here will be just as good as at the end of the unit i got by in the united states I don’t know that vm the reserve in assemble here what is BMW ever put the imprimatur and an assembly plant here yeah it would give you a BMW that’d be a proud defend really yeah it’s the brother that is the issue of the country utilities millionaire in the country I’m it is a brand of the cone here elephants in Nigeria I noticed that were too quick to write us off and it’s quite strange to me you know I was born and raised in idea school proudly hi here and I don’t know when I hands are so despondent and cynical about the potential that brings me to the point the next point your book you know you’re north on as I am and your facilitator of the Nigeria initiative correct what is that all about like oh say can I give a is was born out of the flat level was born and raised in Nigeria school in that year friends in Nigeria family in Nigeria notice the night jack is careening and sliding down a pact to oblivion and hopeless I’m just wondering why because the night Jess I see highly intelligent highly creative the excelled in sports in engineering anywhere they go in the world we go to schools with you know contemporary Jamal the runaway Excel yeah many times were told the class you know so what is it about us you know and I came to recognize that it’s about a culture it’s a bottle value system it’s about self-esteem it’s about you know self-help and it’s about binding together other people into a common ideal subscribe to the common ideal at the people nation building is not an accident you can’t assume that we all come together with the same values and the same objectives it has to be taught to people who have to be drilled down that value must you know we be champion button leaders and then you know you get the nation of our dreams so now your initiative is just a platform one of several that other people have also said which we being we can use to galvanized a movement to get that years to lowes nigeria game you think we’re way we are today because perhaps we stopped teaching Civic even in primary school you know improve you have subjects like that that torture about citizenship your beauty and your responsibilities are assistants educating the sixth anything done anything to do is respond until I speak about not part of it but you know you also need to define who you are who or what is Nigeria who is an idea exactly so what is Nigeria what do we represent in the comity of Nations what do we want to achieve what do we want to be known for somebody was much on that thing you know if you’ve been abroad that certain phrases that you hear about that in countries I’m here it’s just something cultural to the people you know you have a German determination you know by the American industry England was once an empire you know there’s that common ideals which we subscribe to that you’re proud of you know you want to defend that has not been marshaled yet in Nigeria still very provincial rural in our thinking ethnic and you know and we’re stronger together as a country mile I wish a lot of people I would agree with you have a stronger together unfortunately people see themselves first and ethnic before they see themselves as Nigerian how do you tell you what I drive those accidents just like that I let those who students always come on I hear that’s what I discovered I foresters went to a ferragamo college in Lagos yeah you know and I way to screw people from all over Nigeria so I don’t see the Obama and Luke Raymond or hear that value would include that in me and in people across the country it’s a few ones who ever you know be able to wrest power from the rest of those who just want to leave a license make Nigeria you can hear but it won’t you know pushing this division and stuff like that so the rest of our mix they love some backbone some self-esteem and say hey no this isn’t right I have no other country if anything happens in Nigeria for instance what’s gonna happen to me this is all really contract God and to be proud of it problem a green passport you know proud of my yoga how to pay your friend yeah it also gets together have a party and so what next for you with the Nigerian chasing how are you pushing it what we do is we are solar systems membership of Nigerians of all Kayden we don’t care who you are mechanic whatever this commune and should be in your bid to awaken and ignite the sense of nation with a cleric alternation for nigerians we’re doing it on the three platforms one is self esteem I think watching how night jams are so eager to leave Nigeria yeah we’re a for another so eager to come here tells me that the problem of self-esteem because you go there and you become second-class citizen the read the life of course sahara desert them across the Mediterranean something wrong you know you just not seen yourself for who you are the value that you bring to your world second platform is a self-help all this age that we want people to give us everything you need is in you so let’s forget about it aid and help yourself okay dig deep look inwards you know it’ll wait it’ll be creative you know and then see challenges in your world and see how you can you know contribute to making the world better and pursue a commercial activity that makes you relevant it into your world and then the last platform or not frankly together let no man is an island you know the other day at the top of a self-help but it is a the people will contribute to that greatness that you are seeking here and I think all of us in Nigeria regardless of which state you come from will chip in something to make Nigeria the Giant and the Sun we’ve always known how to be of some how we just not be able to be a mash of that movement again some people have called for radical methods to push this let’s say for instance jettison the idea of demanding ethnic groups and local bulk materials when you’re feeling formed for instance all you need to know if I am a Nigerian forget anything else forget try look of the state area and just stick with being Nigerian and that that would help with migration within the country it will also help before we working in a world leading any part of the country lies within the United States people contest election even in this way you know they not consider a Linda J what would you say to that kind of radicalized I don’t agree with that if you take a study of any of the most advanced countries in the world and it’s not a function of skin color now it’s just a function of how will you organize your society for proper planning you need to get data so if i was born in lagos day for instance if i was wrong with me document in that but if I also promote justice justice should allow me even though what one in lagos to me and going to contest somewhere else so if you want to organize the society copy you need this new records and just living things in the air here no you can’t be doesn’t work like that it doesn’t work land we tend to be things in the LA then we like them in a very emotional is it for the world yeah thank you very much mr. educated for coming on the show your last words to viewers now while watching about care of their cars as we you know going to the new year there is a recession people don’t have as much money as they used to have what kind of our size can you give about typical their car in a way that wouldn’t recommend financially let’s do the go on degrees without my industry but I would say that you need to be mindful of where you take your vehicle to move the service i coasted a little more to enjoy your daily personally like I said it’s a comprar Donald edition what dr. we go to because you want a car to give you as much about charity as possible and not just longevity quality of integrity maybe water keep having these you know things that will be very it has different people working on it and all that ideally it should be the dealerships we are delicious but the realities in one of the theta is Colin still ships and the way expensive and so there are independent community as independent to also take pride in quality of information and interestingly in the West because of this antitrust thing yeah the information is mine you make it available to independence ok so the independence those who invest in the equipment and less in the training interests in the information service information and give you fading dealer level service but at a fraction of the cost that’s why people like upcoming you know we’ve done the delicious we don’t all video am you know but we also recognize that customers need something more affordable but at the same quality level with the delicious rather than that service well we’ll have you back once your workshop is open maybe you will have changed your mind about about how things operate here been doing this for 20 / 20 years of materials and wow so not likely engineer carries a load of you thank you very much thank you ever try going on the program I’m a huge funded I tell you know you did I thank you for watching
