Hi, I’m Jeremy Kilo I’m the General
Manager of New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet.
CallSource has been a product we’ve
used for many years. They mentioned to us
recently that they had a product where
we could have remote training and live
training as well. They introduced me to
Matt. Matt is fantastic. He’s come into
the dealership and of course, my sales
guys immediately were a little adverse
to training. You know, they were “back”,
you know, “stand back”, “back off”.
But after Matt came in – he’s a car guy – he
related to them immediately. Doors opened,
walls came down. These guys really enjoy
working with him and I’ve seen an
immediate impact. The remote training is
great because I’m not paying for a lot
of the travel fees and expenses I’ve
seen with other companies. Matt comes in,
works with my guys frequently, but at the
same time does a lot of remote training
to polish their skills, hone their skills,
listens to their phone calls, helps when
they need help, and points out when they
do a great job. So very happy with the
product. Happy that it was introduced to
