Hi, I’m Bob Cooper, founder and president
of Elite Worldwide, and what I’d like to
do is share with you one of our best kept
secrets when it comes to bringing in more
new customers. Regardless of whether you have
a dealership or an independent shop, and regardless
of what your advertising budget might be,
what you need to do, is this: You need to
invest 40% of your advertising dollars into
what we call the traditional medias. This
includes things like print media, direct mail,
tv and radio, and things like your website
as well. And then what you need to do, is
what your competitors would never dream to
do, and that’s put the remaining 60% into
what we here at Elite call the nontraditional
medias. This would include things like sponsoring
little league teams and charity events, hosting
car care clinics, fund raisers and any other
kind of out-of-the box advertising that you
might do. Ladies and gentlemen, when it comes
to the top shops in America that we work with,
well, they all follow our lead on this one,
and that’s why I know it’ll work for you
