Airbrush flames Automotive artwork on motorcycle parts

and give me some more stuff finishing up a couple of parts that I still need to finish I thought I’d scream a little bit more while I’m here let me sit on my stuff real fast and then I can start painting so I already pre-mixed starters I used a red it’s a scarlet red and would have been using for the rest of the bike for a while already now so I’m kind of excited to get this project done and but I had these really like cool flames on there too so what I’m doing is using this curve ball template to really throw on the sharp edges of a flame I’m just mixing it up you’re not using the same design all the time just kind of like using different edges they raise the pressure on here a little bit so it really looks like smoke effect it’s kind of smoky and the white just kind of tapers off I’ll usually have another tool this is just the same circle I honestly I hate using the same circle over but giving a lot of practice I guess I like using different rounded edges and I get free hand a little bit and you like that wicker like explain kind of like the tail of it or whatever you want to call it see how that builds up really fast I can go over the entire entire thing just a quick kind of rendering so I’ll let that dry out right now and now switch parts and then I’ll do the the red in there and you’ll see it come alive but I was just being like sporadic and really just moving the template I like to start really in the middle and this to look a little like make a play a little bit like that right and then I’ll switch it up to the other side and maybe he’s a different edge of the curve I never use the whole thing really that looks too too generic you want to have like life to it you don’t want the plains to be all the same exact kind those same exact curves see I like to slow down to I know this a CAPTCHA circle I’m gonna freehand the rest that’s a pretty hard edge so I’ll blend that and kind of connect it typical route the main main flame and I think that looks pretty cool like that hey guys thanks for checking out the channel appreciate it and if you just joining me I’m working on some realistic flames so there’s a motorcycle these are just like the accent parts of the motorcycle you know the little parts that go on the sides and all that so what the whole thing to have a really kind of impact you know you see it but still it kind of subtle that’s why I did black first splice a neutral color and it kind of blends in it’s a really good base and brings a little bike together I like the small ones for the small parts a little small temple and what a drag there but also you know bike if I can’t slow down I kind of lose the momentum of like how the plane feels where it’s going so I’ll speed back up again I kind of get it flowing like that and then kind of bring it to the main vocal start point of where all the flames started so that’s cool and if you want you can even take it further you can like add flames in between here and overlap the fire to make a really like detail I think that’s good that looks good for now I write a writer right next I want to add some of this red on here test it out first so I’m just adding this right over the white I’m trying to fill in some of the the space all right now it’s like at 30 psi I want to kick it up to like 50 or maybe 40 he’s read the really strong pigmented color and I’m using a um a water-based paint so it dries really fast and that’s the advantage of this and later like colors on top of colors and blend a lot of stuff in relatively quickly [Music] headed a bouncing clear in here and it feels a really thick as thick but that’s fine because I want this paint to really laugh a little bit there you go that looks really chaotic like it I like that look so it’s all like three-dimensional crazy kind of some flames right there it actually might be even hard to see in the camera because of the glare so I’m gonna move on to the other part go back here move that up and this white that I already painted see the same thing I like to go over though the brightest whites first [Music] but pretty like heavy strokes [Music] and then blend in the side as the phlegm kind of like tapers off and like you know fades away into black [Applause] and this paint dries matte like it’s semi-gloss kind of matte look but once you clear coat it like all the color all the dimensions come out really well and that’s one like the 3d effect and everything you can see it all so using scarlet and can actually see a little bit of like that magenta color a little pinkish hue if you don’t really go over to color a couple times but that’s what I like a little pink color that scarlet color is what makes the plane makes it so bright and traditionally you know artists use like candy colors and stuff like that and I have some but I just want to experiment with this with these colors first I just wanted a deeper red I really didn’t want to get like yellows and all that in there which I can but for now I like how this is does the main the whole like the whole bike is pretty much read like that’s the theme at the color since I didn’t want to go away from that so I’m adding some other flames on top of here mmm and it’s already dry it is it’s right it dried really well really fast so they can do things like this so I’ll break up that hard circle look like that and it kinda looks like like smoke right so we can feel that curve like everyone’s used to seeing flames cool and then on top of that white again the goal bear the color that’s garlic for you know usually start from the bottom and Schrag up and depending on the angle and the lighting some parts are you brighter I can see some you know different parts of the plane than others see that that’s a little more depth in this part right here just a little bit of white makes a big difference hey what’s going on hey there homie hey still using the wicked line of paints or now it’s solvents oh no these are wicked um yeah these are wicked paints I like using them a lot maybe I miss the solvents later I don’t know I just like water-based stuff it dries faster and pretty I guess I’m pretty used to using them from all these years pretty much painting alright alright time to you some whites on here to do it all over again and let me look here so I know which way is up and which way is down yeah starting off the flame right there towards like the middle section and then kind of staying feet away and they’re just dragging the gun maybe I’ll freehand some stuff right there too mess around you know having some fun seeing some practice practice makes perfect so I don’t have any reference photos done be using so I’m just kind of winging it man that’s what I like to do a lot you know the very best I get to use my own kind of style after all these years of painting I just like you know knows it feels right to me as an artist I guess I gotta go with your gut I guess they’d say that rights the bigger one needs a smaller one again so really like a smaller one better go over to a couple times I really want to make that bright pop go embers hey guys thanks enjoined the channel appreciated checking it out checking me out and seeing what I’m up to him working on these motorcycle parts and pretty much almost don’t the bike there’s few panels that need a finish but um hey what’s going on your stove using critics of solvent hey what’s up Jesse I’m still yeah working on this but I’m excited man it seems a little dope when it’s all finished it’s all cleared my goal is to have it all complete by Monday I’m just building these colors building these flames on top of each other I’ll turn this real fast this upper way so it doesn’t get scratched [Music] alright I’m while I’m doing it maybe I’ll feel a little bit a little crazy go stalling that piñon like the white of the skull and I’m leaving out a little fuzzy so it’s not so it’s kind of ghosted in there it’s not so noticeable so doesn’t overpower everything blend the sin just playing around with it having some fun and then going over the image with some more plans somebody mix that in there that’s cool mmm-hmm like its and bring it back before I go out of control oh yeah alrights I need to use a new shape because she’s a side curve right here cool sky redeploying the shapes again and I’ll go over it and then add some more like you know shapes to it I’m just figuring out how I want to put the parts and where you want to put the mats a little like ends of the flame and just beginning that’s cool you go like a side all right so have some skulls in there it’s kind of ghost did three handsome ones in here but I find my friend ones are usually more on the money I’m working for wise move that suckers kind of got like a ghost install in there and one right there kind of edit it in there you guys I checked that out yeah hey what’s going on guys things are checking out the channel I appreciate it what’s going on Vic Wanda Jesse George Randy Lilian Patrick all you guys and if you just check out the stream I’m working on the motorcycle parts the little side parts and things like that just adding some bread flames to it before I do that I kind of got to map out the flames so you can whites mix together and then make it smaller is it cool that looks good that looks cool all right alright that looks pretty decent I think I think I’m cool with that I’m happy with that’s now back to the Reds all right you guys can see all this so add added a balancing clear to the red and what that does once you goes over the flames it’ll Harden and it’ll act like kind of like a inner coats in Tortola clear coat but just like in between colors so it makes them more durable after it gets completely painted and everything [Music] I’m sir from the bottom and it might be a little bit off-camera and then pretty much painting right here see that skull right there I’m just going over it lightly and following the path of the flame how’d ghosting it in right there it’s gonna give you guys a better look at that kind of close up so I’m just like letting a drag up along the panel now just wrap fill in all those little magenta parts with red deep red and in some places a little con I like of a pinkish hue that dry to fill my paints real fast good to go again all right so that’s the flames right there so they’re filling some parts of it again I just want to show you guys how it’s painted and start to finish then just you know check out what I’m up to what I’m working on and if you have any questions you know job but comments hit me up in the DM z– you want anything painted aren’t all the good stuff I appreciate you watching and jump share like and the helps with the channel watch and I’ll be back and I have all the other stuff there so everybody all right litter
