أنواع الاهتزازات التي يتعرض لها نظام التعليق في السيارات

In the Previous Episode
I started a new series about Suspension System
I Talked About its Features, Importance
and its major Components
You can see it from here
in this Episode, we will continue
but we will get more in the details
we will talk about Sprung & Unsprung Weight
and what types of vibrations happen to each
So Let me Explain
When we talk about Stability of the Vehicle
we cant refer to the Vehicle as it one Peice
cause, not all its parts have the same reaction or effect when handle or exposed to Stress
but we refer to it as Two Parts
the Sprung Weight is the Part of the vehicle
which Supported by Springs and shock absorber
and the UnSprung Weight is the Part of the vehicle
which Below The Springs and not supported by it
To Know the difference between them
We Picture Lifting the Vehicle by hands
the part we hold is the Sprung Weight
that includes Car’s chassis, engine, interior , …
You could say anything above the springs
but the other part which floating in the air
is the UnSprung Weight that includes Tyres, Braking parts and some of the suspension parts
you could say any part blew the springs
To obtain better stability we must consider these two factors
cause each one has its own behavior and its own types of vibration
